These Politicians or the MP's/MLA's, are not bothered about education or the accountability or the departmental punishments ... they only know they are supreme and anything which is given to anyone must be given to them.
Powers are misused, according to me for these reasons! People approach them for all sorts of irrational demands and they misuse them! Why people throng them for wrong reasons and why others and media tolerate such misuse?
We elected and the constitution gave them the powers they have misused the power and are today themselves the supreme
