Basic Terms

• You may not use the AwakIND.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the AwakIND.com service.
• You must not create or submit unwanted email to any AwakIND.com members ("Spam").
• You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
• You must not, in the use of AwakIND.com, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your AwakIND.com account. • AwakIND.com reserves the right to use your mobile and demographic information such as age, sex and location to conduct targeted mobile marketing campaigns even for third parties wishing to advertise using our database. AwakIND.com also reserves the right to sell this information and also the entire site to a third party if a third party is desirous of purchasing this information.
